I'm a freelance writer by trade. In my other literary life, I write mysteries and thrilers -and I once dabbled in poetry. Making my mark in the publishing world at the age of 13, I never looked back. My writing has brought me to exciting places in the United States and overseas. While researching the revolutionary era in Europe, I  began to bridge history's mistakes with modern social ills.  So much injustice and malice is still with us. The links between the past and the present remain little changed. The Mirror is the culmination of this research. My fascination with the darker side of the human mind, and for the rare few that fight injustice instead of joining it, led me to procure a doctorate degree in history and literature.

 

My tranquil interests rest with the natural world ( I am part Wyandotte), and with all animals.  Jonathon Swift was right when he penned Gulliver's Travels- what would the animals think if we, as Gulliver had to the horses, explained our society to them?  Yahoo, indeed.
